We live about 24 miles away from
their Facility & Showroom. Their lot
is clean & gorgeous. Every Vehicle we looked at was perfectly maintained. They have a beautiful display & selection of many New & Used Handicap Vans
& SUV's. I had contacted Dale on the phone prior to going out there.
I had been looking online for what
we were interested in seeing so
I would be prepared.
It was Thanksgiving week so I asked
Dale if I could come out the
following Monday and look around.
Dale the General Manager was
Fantastic. He is Honest
knowledgeable & he answered all
the many questions I had since this
was the first time we had ever
shopped for a Mobility Handicap
Van. Our family has been lifting a
wheelchair by hand for over 30+
years in the back of our car & truck
to transport my Disabled brother
My Father & Mother are now both
using a walker as well. It's definitely
time to break down & buy one. We
are truly blessed to have found
Aero Mobilty. We looked at one other
place & I can not say that they are
competitors.

Despite purchasing our car from United Access (a decision we deeply regret and DO NOT recommend), David has gone above and beyond to assist us with every issue, question, or repair. The best! David, Dale, Martine, Salvador, the rest of the staff at Aero Mobility are the greatest. The service is top notch and they really know how to take good care of their customers. Orange County is lucky to have a mobility dealer this caliber. They are really great problem solvers and can do what other shops cannot. Aero Mobility is such a pleasure to work with! David and his very caring staff are always willing to do anything that they can do to help. I spoke with David on a Saturday morning about a problem I was having with my ramp. I could not get the ramp on my VMI Honda Odyssey to go in. He sent Martin out to my home to take a look it. Aero Mobility provided an outstanding experience! They were incredibly responsive, supportive, and efficient. I traveled a long way to Anaheim specifically for their service, and they completed all the necessary modifications in just one day. I have known David at Aeromobility for many years but I never had the opportunity to buy a new vehicle from him until recently. David is a top notch very straight forward fair guy. He goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. In the past he has repaired my old vans and he knows the importance of getting the vehicles repaired as soon as possible. The staff is easy to deal with and is very professional.

I came in to purchase a vehicle for my mother who recently became paraplegic. The staff at Aero Mobility were great. I wanted to emphasize how kind and patient David, the owner, and Sal were. They helped me go over every detail of the purchase. They really went above and beyond to explain the differences between all models and what would truly work for my mother. It is truly amazing to see there are people who really care about you. Greatly recommended!

Working with Aero Mobility has been a God sent! they took care of all my adaptive driving needs. The customer service is amazing! I don't know what some of these reviews are talking about because working with them was painless and simple. I guess in life you get what you put in and we have to remember that this business is a case by case kind of business. no 2 cars are alike. David, Craig and the girls in the front are just amazing!
