Aero Mobility Rental Terms and Conditions
To rent a wheelchair-accessible vehicle from Aero Mobility, customers must agree to the following:
- The driver must be at least 25 years old.
- The driver must have a valid California driver’s license.
- Proof of valid Full coverage Automobile Insurance under the name of renter.
- Customers must notify their insurance company that they will be driving a rental vehicle.
- Payment for the entire rental period is required upfront.
- A valid credit card must remain on file throughout the rental period.
- No refunds will be issued for reserved rental days that are not used.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. ($500.00 fee may apply)
- Pets are welcome.
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it had when provided to the customer.
- Cleaning fee may apply upon return should vehicle not be returned clean as received.
